CheapCigarettesMall sends cigarettes from Europe via certified Air Mail. Postal Services do not guarantee a delivery date, thus, we are also unable to guarantee you the exact date.

Our cigarettes are shipped as registered Air Mail with confirmation of delivery. You will have to sign for the packages while receiving them. Hence, the possibility of failed deliveries is absolutely excluded. We are convinced that this delivery way will be safe and more convenient for you.

If your order appear damaged upon delivery, simply refuse receipt of the order. Postal services will mark the order damaged. Contact us and upon return of the order we will ship you a new order. You will not be charged double shipping charges. 

We ship to all state of the United States and Europe. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs and PO Boxes. We ship only to the billing address of your credit card.

We ship only: USA, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Japan, Greece, Croatia, Iceland, India, Turkey, Malta, American Samoa, Cyprus, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Malta, Morocco. 

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days once your payment has cleared. Orders received Friday evening through Sunday will be processed Monday afternoon.

We deliver maximum 1-3 cartons per parcel. If you order, for example, 8 cartons of cigarettes, the order will be split up into 3+3+2 or 2+2+2+2. If your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels may come separately. 

CheapCigarettesMall' minimum order is 1 carton and maximum order is 24 cartons. Please note that for first time customers the maximum order is set at 12 cartons. Our cigarettes are for personal consumption only.
