Returns & Refunds
If you receive an incorrect item(s) due to a mistake on our part, please, call or email us. We will gladly replace the wrong item(s) with the correct one(s) or issue a 100% refund. You must return the unopened incorrect items within 10 days of receipt and the shipping slip must be attached. You will be reimbursed for shipping. We will replace the product or refund your money only when the product is confirmed to be faulty.
If the mistake was on your part, you can ship the incorrect item(s) back to us at your expenses. CheapCigarettesMall charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders and we will refund your credit card for the rest.
If you decide within 10 (ten) days of receipt of your order that you do not want an item(s), simply return the unopened and undamaged item(s) back to us and we will refund your credit card for that amount. Shipping fees cannot be refuned, and CheapCigarettesMall charges a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders.
If your order appear damaged upon delivery, simply refuse receipt of the order. Postal Services will mark the order damaged. Contact us and upon return of the order we will ship you a new order. You will not be charged double shipping charges.
If you have not received your order within 30 days, it's declared as lost or stolen. Please, send an email to info@cheapcigarettesmall.com including order #, your name, shipping address. Your claim must be approved by official post authority during 10 working days upon our requirement. When approval is completed we guarantee to resend your order according to the terms of delivery time.
Order Cancellation
In case of need to cancel your order, you are able to do that within 12 hours. Please, email us to info@cheapcigarettesmall.com requiring your order cancellation. You must provide order #, your name, shipping address. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.
cheapcigarettesmall.com is not responsible for the parcels seized on the territory of your country.
